We were extremely pleased with our choice to stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome. This place is located in the perfect spot, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore all the attractions and activities that this venue had to offer. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also took advantage of the spa and wellness center, where we were able to unwind and relax in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and enjoy rejuvenating massages. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we appreciated the little extra amenities like the in-room safe and coffee facilities. our stay here was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

The hotel is located within a 3 min walk of the main spa's and the Karlovy Vary Boulevard. Room was great, clean, comfortable and modern. Hotel flip flops and bathrobe are standard in each room! Hotel itself has a Pool and Sauna included, however, Sauna needs to be reserved (14 euro extra). Pool is accessible for free during the day, even though the sign on the door says from 18:00-22:00. Breakfast was excellent. Local dishes, mix of sweets and warm foods, but be prepared to discover everything for yourself. The Hotel staff that served breakfast lacks competence in serving people. Several guests complained that there is no attention given to anything except cleaning dirty dishes. Otherwise, the remainder of the staff is helpful. Language of hotel staff either broken German, very limited English, mostly Russian/Czech. Signs are both in English and Russian/Czech On Karlovy Vary itself.... since it is a Spa town, mostly visited by Day Tourists or Elderly that need a recovery or Spa treatment, the Town itself is dead after 21:00. Only few things are open, such as Pupp Casino and Becher's Bar. For us as a young couple, the stay of 6 days, 5 nights was a bit long..... Could have been the season??
- Hotel staff during breakfast do not serve anybody. - No clear indication on availability of hotel facilities (e.g. Sauna needs to be reserved in advance and needs about 30-45 minute preparation time). - Very limited parking on first come, first serve basis

I liked the position of the hotel and also the price. There was cofee and tea maker in our apartment which was great, it´s unusual in czech hotels. The apartment was spacious and clean, 2x tv, minibar...
All informations (in our room) about the hotel, facilities, room service and so on was only in russion. No english, german...On first positions of tv programmes was russion tv, staff speaks russion, everything there was for Russion customers. I felt little bit discriminated in my own country.

Everything is fantastic, especially the swimming pool
It will be super, if we do not need to type the password for wifi frequently

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. Plus, the location was just perfect for us as we were able to easily explore the city on foot. We also appreciated the private swimming pool and sauna where we were able to relax and enjoy some quality time together.
the swimming pool was smaller than expected and the air conditioning was not working properly during our stay. we had a mixed experience at this hotel.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in the heart of the spa city, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and some guests have commented that the SPA procedures and staff are great. The breakfast is also varied and changed every day.
Some guests have mentioned that staff at the reception may not be welcoming, and the swimming pool is not ideal for a long swim.
